Orders & Delivery

Most orders are delivered instantly within 1–15 minutes after payment is confirmed. During peak hours it may take up to 30 minutes. If credits haven't arrived after 30 minutes, please submit a ticket.
Check your Order Receipt page for status. If it shows "Completed" but credits haven't appeared in-game, double-check your game ID. If everything looks correct, submit a ticket with your Order ID.
Digital top-ups and vouchers are non-refundable once processed. If there was an error on our end, please submit a ticket within 24 hours of purchase.
Submit a ticket immediately with your Order ID and the correct Game ID. We'll do our best, but cannot guarantee recovery once credits are sent.

We accept GCash, Maya, Grab Pay, QR PH, Visa/Mastercard (via PayMongo), and Wallet balance. Available methods may vary by region.
This can happen due to a network timeout. Wait up to 15 minutes and check your email for a receipt. If still nothing, submit a ticket with a screenshot of your payment.
Go to My Account → Wallet and click Top Up. Choose your payment method and follow the on-screen instructions.
